豐譽首座三認證建築:南港轉運站BOT 國際LEED.綠建築.智慧建築 打造國際級永續交通樞紐
以國際頂級標準推動城市複合式建築工程
繼完成南港三鐵共構「南港專案CL304標研究院路段隧道工程」，豐譽承攬新光人壽「臺北市南港轉運站興建營運移轉案BOT新建工程」(以下稱南港轉運站BOT)，形成四鐵共構的複合式建築，位處南港三鐵共構核心，是結合高鐵、臺鐵、捷運、轉運站與新光A級商辦的重要城市樞紐工程，也是豐譽企業團隊首座三認證永續建築。
豐譽聯合工程團隊自專案初期，即以國際頂級公共建築標準為工程治理基準，從設計整合、施工管理到品質驗證，全面對標國際大型交通與複合式商辦的公共建設的執行水準。
LEED x 綠建築 × 智慧建築：豐譽首座三認證建築 三軸並進永續工程實踐
南港轉運站BOT採行 綠建築黃金級、智慧建築銀級與LEED黃金級的「多標章整合策略」，不僅回應臺灣法規與政策，更直接對接國際ESG評估體系。
- 在綠建築面向：工程落實基地保水、節能外殼、高效率空調與照明系統、水資源回收再利用等關鍵指標；
- 在智慧建築面向：導入系統整合、能源管理、資訊通信、安全防災與營運維管架構，確保建築於全生命週期內具備智慧化與韌性；
- 在 LEED國際認證面向：施工期間即建立嚴謹的施工污染防制、室內空氣品質管理、建材與廢棄物追蹤制度，使永續不只是結果，而是完整的工程過程。
從工程圍籬到施工現場，落實公共空間品質
南港轉運站BOT工程於 2024 年榮獲「113 年度臺北市建築工程圍籬美化評選」美化組與綠化組雙獎，象徵豐譽在施工期間即將「城市景觀、行人環境與公共感受」納入工程品質的一環。
工程圍籬不再只是隔離設施，而是成為城市公共空間的一部分，體現永續工程對社會面的實際回應。

Nangang Bus Terminal BOT Project Achieves LEED Gold and Smart Building Certification
FENGYU Group Delivers an International Sustainable Transportation Landmark
Introduction
The Taipei Nangang Bus Terminal Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) Project, delivered by Feng Yu United Engineering, has achieved LEED Gold Certification, Green Building Gold Level, and Smart Building Silver Level.
The project has also received multiple recognitions for construction quality, urban aesthetics, and occupational safety, demonstrating Taiwan's growing capability to align major public infrastructure with global ESG and sustainability standards.
International A-Class Delivery for Urban Infrastructure
Located at one of Taipei's most critical multimodal transportation hubs, the Nangang Bus Terminal integrates high-speed rail, metro, railway, and bus transit systems.
FENGYU GROUP executed the project under International Grand-A office and public infrastructure standards, ensuring global-level engineering governance, quality control, and risk management throughout planning and construction.
Green Building, Smart Building, and LEED: Integrated Sustainability in Action
The project adopted a multi-certification strategy, simultaneously pursuing Green Building, Smart Building, and LEED certifications.

In 2024, the project received both Merit Awards in Landscaping and Beautification at the Taipei City Construction Fence Beautification Evaluation.
