From 1985, the start of Feng Yu, we have been focusing on the construction, and we take it as the group’s core business.
We define the construction business as “Professional Services” that we think in the clients’ perspective and listen, understand the needs. Before the construction, we review and plan in a systematic way; and we revisit the design, material, specifications and the method statement, to provide value engineering. We strictly execute quality control by engineer’s self-check onsite, QHSE center quality assurance, certified engineers’ verification. For the interior finishes, we take the idea of the designers then integrate the material texture, match the colors, plan for the interfaces, finishes and proportions, to materialize the refined craftsmanship.
